ThinAir Wireless Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Local Marketing Firm |
HOUSTON, TX – June 18, 2007 ThinAir Wireless, Inc. (ThinAir), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire MarketShare Consulting Group, Inc., a Houston-based marketing communications and consulting firm, which will allow ThinAir to offer a complete value-add marketing service in the Business to Business (B2B) telematics industry, focusing its efforts on the fleet management sector. Under the terms of the LOI, ThinAir will purchase all of the outstanding shares of MarketShare Consulting Group in a stock transaction. “The acquisition of M-S Group and its consulting division adds significant experience and depth to enhance our company’s long-term growth strategy.
