Howard J. “Trip” Wakefield III, President/ Chief Executive Officer
General Partner of Efficient Solutions L.L.C., formerly President, CEO and Chairman of QVS Wireless Corporation a CreataLink integrator providing AMR to the imaging (standalone copier) market. Owner/operator for over 15 years of several businesses and consulting engagements, ranging from building businesses in the residential water and air filtration industry through sales/marketing of high-end automotive distribution throughout the United States.
He has also helped launch, build training and lead generation systems, as well as has participated on the representative side of several direct selling companies and has been a top producer and in the top 1% in the his last venture.
John Barker, Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing
John Barker is a visionary leader with exceptional leadership, team-building, relational, stewardship, and empowerment with motivation skills. During his 15-years in senior Sales Management roles at a predecessor company to Glaxo Smith Kline, he became a national top producer, a status he retained through two mergers. Mr. Barker’s business consulting practice raises client capabilities in marketing (i.e., sales, customer growth and business retention), operations efficiency and internal communications.
He also serves in both visionary and advisory capacities as a board member for several for-profit and non-profit corporations. John has been a top volume producer in his previous direct selling endeavors and was given national recognition. His networking abilities inside and outside this industry will add tremendous leverage to our business with customers as well as strategic oversight and wisdom within.
Gerald A J Warnero, Chief Technology Officer
President/CEO, Greenleaf R & D Corp., Dir. DVD-ROM Technical Development, Warner Advanced Media Operations, a division of Time Warner/Warner Music Group. Engineering background consists of Field Service in Medical Diagnostic Radiology to Satellite Communications for the Department of Defense. Founder QRS Bio-Tech, Inc., a medical equipment field services company and PRN, Inc., a Home Health/Supplemental Staffing Nurses Registry.
Barrett Wakefield, Chief Information Officer
Senior Consultant (software) with Sungard Data Systems for the past 3 years. Successfully designed and developed machine-to-machine wireless software solutions for the imaging industry and energy trading/risk management systems.
Keith Klimple, Director of Management Information Systems
Keith specializes in Internet / Intranet Security, Application Integration, and Software Development. In the late 1990's, Mr. Klimple founded Sterling Systems to offer enterprise-wide Information Technology Systems management including security, disaster recovery, database protection, and security software development on internal corporate networks and websites.
